I’ve been getting more and more complaints from my friends: “Angela, why don’t you write in English, girl?” One friend even translated my book so he could read it (and you keep accepting crumbs from men for less).
Well, I decided to do some experiments.
I’m curious to see what my short texts would be like in English. This is the first of several I’ll write. I hope there aren’t any major grammatical errors, as I want to play with words, but English isn’t my first language. Hope you have fun with them.
In life, nothing truly goes away.
Everything that is possible returns.
Feelings, bonds, memories.
Sometimes things resurface through stories.
Sometimes things repeat themselves.
Sometimes we meet someone similar.
Sometimes we learn anew from a stranger.
In life, nothing truly goes away.
Learning is cyclical.
Quantum physics, my friend, doesn’t lie.
Therefore, never live life as if things are going to disappear.
Everything that goes, comes back.
Trust time and wait for the right moment.
Even if the right moment isn’t waiting for you.
